Trade Q (obtainable by evolving 4 4Hy at level 6) from Yellow to Red/Blue. Obtain through "CoolTrainer" trick/LOL glitch, Double distort CoolTrainer♀ corruption ("9" tile; e.g. at Route 1 Glitch City). Attempt to transfer 'M from Virtual Console releases of Red/Blue to Pokémon Sun and Moon via Pokémon Bank with a specific box set up (an 'M FF/'M 00 hybrid). International fossil conversion glitch with an Attack stat of 255. Arbitrary code execution.
