Why does it say its only obtainable with a cheating device? You can obtain it without one by catching a 4 4Hy in pokemon yellow, evolving it at level 6, and trading the ensuing Q to a red blue game. Yeah, the GlitchDex in general is outdated. It hasn't been updated in a while. If you look at the Johto guard glitch Pokémon or FB-FF it says they're cheat only too, even though they can be obtained without a cheating device. I've updated the page. --Torchickens 04:59, 29 July 2014 (GMT+6)
