Obtain: Time Capsule exploit (Granbull), LOL glitch ("3" character), Storage box remaining HP glitch with a remaining HP of 249, international fossil conversion glitch with an Attack stat of 249. Arbitrary code execution. Equivalent trade of RB:249 from Red/Blue.

On Bulbapedia. An arbitrary learnset glitch Pokémon that takes level-up and evolution data from VRAM $9A20. Becomes 94 h in Red/Blue.

Pokédex data

₽'s Pokédex data is not constant and is sourced from F403 in Echo RAM (the equivalent of D403 in WRAM); which is in the middle of the wWarpEntries database. It can also be manipulated by moving specific items to item 116, which makes it an ideal execution point for arbitrary code execution without bootstrap Pokémon (unlike the "ws m (hex:63)" glitch item which would normally require a bootstrap stored Pokémon setup).
