When a 0x50 sub-tile is in the saved screen copy, this glitch item brings up Professor Oak's message that it isn't the time to use the item.

This glitch item shares its effect pointer with item $2A (HELIX FOSSIL), but the fossil scientist at Cinnabar Island's Pokémon Lab won't recognise it as a fossil.
