TM26 is a wrong pocket TM in Pokémon Crystal. Its description is "Tough but useless vs. flying foes.".

Effect

TM26 causes arbitrary code execution at D106 in the RAM. However, since a reti (D9) opcode is likely to be at D106 it may have no noticeable effect (and not freeze the game).
