Partial escape ghost capture glitch

The partial escape ghost capture glitch is a glitch technique of partial escape glitch items in Pokémon Red, Blue, and Yellow. It allows for the player to catch the ghost without a Silph Scope.
Steps
1. Use 9F (hex:5E) (Red/Blue) or -gm (hex:6A) (Yellow) to partially escape from a Pokémon Tower battle.
2. Leave the battle without catching another Pokémon.
3. Catch the Pokémon outside of battle with a Ball, at a location outside of the Pokémon Tower.
For Yellow, it is recommended to put the graphics back to normal with 9F (hex:5E).
