Field move 0x0F (actual name unknown) is a glitch field move in Pokémon Red and Blue.

Effect

The game may leave party icons open while partially closing the menu. It is possible to do a Rival's effect from this. Pressing Start and opening/closing the Pokémon menu will bring the overworld back to normal and restore the player sprite. Sometimes using this field move may result in a game freeze.
