The Trainer PR Videos NPC glitch exists in Pokémon X and Y, in at least version 1.1.

In these games, captions said by the NPC in Cafe Action! may not be able to be unlocked past the "Thanks for lovin' me, everybody!" caption.^{[clarification needed]}

The aforementioned caption is the last in a list of phrases that are unlocked by doing certain things ingame, all relating to the Trainer PR studio.

Update

This glitch was fixed with the 1.2 update.
