The opposing Trainer You healing glitch is a glitch in Pokémon: Let's Go, Pikachu! and Let's Go, Eevee!.
The glitch occurs with certain in-game Trainers, with confirmed Trainers including the player's Rival and Gentleman.
If the opposing Trainer heals their Pokémon, it is possible that the game will state ("You used [ITEM]") instead of ("[OPPOSING TRAINER] used [ITEM]). Further details are unknown, as well as whether the glitch occurs with all Trainers who can heal their Pokémon.
