Game-Ending Glitch

Ends the game. Players are unable to progress. Be in Sector 3 section of the game. Happens when you double back and save after fighting the Rhedogian for the third time. Go to Sector 3 and defeat the Rhedogian for the third time. Backtrack to a Navigation Booth and save. Samus will be unable to enter a door farther ahead, preventing completion of the game. This glitch cannot be undone. The game will have to be restarted or loaded from a previously saved state.
