(hex:65) are glitch items in Pokémon Yellow (Japanese). The name "はやぶさバッヂ " (FalconBadge) is taken from the unused Japanese list strings.
In v1.1, v1.2, v1.3 of Japanese Yellow it causes arbitrary code execution at WRAM region D4CA. This region D4CA is particularly useful as it is the ninth PC item.
In the English versions, the string for this glitch item's name was left untranslated, resulting in the mojibake #'d#m#.
