Fake overworld red-bar (OWRB) is a technique allowing the player to skip all jingles that may play. It enables certain effects of the low health alarm sound, which has been used without glitches to skip certain jingles in battle, such as the one played when a Pokémon gains a level. However, by swapping Parlyz Heal x94 into slot 32 of the expanded item pack, this effect can be replicated outside of battle.
