The Mossdeep City Delcatty glitch is a minor error regarding an NPC's Delcatty in Mossdeep City inside of a house to the left of the Pokémon Center. If the player speaks to the Delcatty the game will display the text "DELCATTY: Delcaaah?" and the Delcatty will emit a cry, however the cry used is usually associated with a Skitty, rather than a Delcatty. This is presumably due to a simple oversight by the programmers.
