Ilsty and ? are glitches viewable only through the Unown Dex while the GameShark code 011C24DC is entered and turned on. They are not catchable Glitch Pokémon.

When Ilsty is about to evolve the game will display some glitch dialog.

"Congratulations, your ILSTY"

"evolved into FORRETRESS."

What? ? is evolving! (? has Graveller's picture)

"Congratulations, your ?"

"evolved into GOLEM."
