Japanese HGSS Pomeg Berry Glitch not successful.

The amount of HP lost

Hi Map, sorry do you know why this part about Pomeg glitch in Generation IV was removed?

I think I may have added that part, apologies if it was wrong. As in Generation IV I thought you could lose large amounts of HP with Pomeg Berry due to it being reset to 100 HP EVs, while in Generation III you could only lose a few points based on your level as -10 EVs are taken all the time.

" The mechanics of the Pomeg Berry were changed so that using the Pomeg Berry will revert the number of HP EVs to 100 if it is a value greater than 100, rather than always reducing the Pokémon's number of HP EVs by 10.

The Pomeg Berry will only lower a Pokémon's current HP if it has 3 or more HP. So significant HP EVs (at least 116 HP EVs at level 100, as this would result in a drop of 4 HP) are required to get negative HP.
