Morphing glitch may refer to:
- The GTS morphing glitch, where Pokémon were displayed as the wrong species on the Global Trade System.
- Transform assumption glitch - A glitch in Pokémon Red, Blue, and Yellow (the behavior also applies to Pokémon Gold, Silver and Crystal, but a way of pulling it off without cheating is unknown). If a wild Pokémon transforms into another Pokémon, that Pokémon when caught will always be a Ditto, even if the transforming Pokémon was not. This can be performed without a cheating device if the opponent uses Mirror Move after the player uses Transform. It is also possible with the Trainer escape glitch through encountering a level 10 Mew.
- A side effect of cycling based glitch maps, where the player's sprite will change.
