(hex:6A) is a glitch item in Pokémon Red and Green v1.1. Its name "ゴールドバッヂ" (GoldBadge) is taken from the unused Japanese list strings, and is not to be confused with the actual MarshBadge (ゴールドバッジ, Gold Badge).

Using this glitch item in Pokémon Red and Green v1.1 will cause the game to lock the cursor on use until the player presses A or B. Doing this then causes sprites on the overworld to disappear until B is pressed or A is pressed three times.

If used in battle (for both Japanese Blue and Red/Green v1.1), the screen will turn white, but it is still possible to run from battle and restore it back to normal (however the player will have to do this while the screen is still white).
