TM42 is a False Normal (0x0A)-type glitch move in Pokémon Red and Blue. It is not capable of causing Super Glitch.
Using this glitch move may deal damage with Selfdestruct's animation, removing the user's sprite. If the move does not knock out the opponent, the game may cause arbitrary code execution at region CD11 in RAM.
